Development of professional commitment and the creative processes are supported by VLA through a series of activities of professional and social character.

These activities range from cross-professional arrangements and workshops with participation of external guests and lecturers to study tours within Denmark and abroad to yearly traditions such as the VLA picnic and wine tasting.

Focused planning of continuing education and courses which ensure the correct competency development for the individual employee are also a part of the VLA culture.
