The central area with its offices, gym and home help service comprise the backbone of the facility to which each residential unit is joined. This structure ensures a friendly, welcoming building without any institutional aura, with uncomplicated links between the various functions.

The flatlets are mostly south or west-facing. The flatlets centre around combined living rooms and kitchens, 3 metre ceilings reinforcing the impression of space and airiness in these relatively small dwellings.
The characteristic angled frontage ensures the best possible orientation of each flatlet and its patio or balcony towards the southwest, and lends greater privacy to each residence.
