resund Strandpark, situated on the former Vølund property, will become a residential construction of 500 owner-occupied houses which with its level layout will make maximum use of the area’s given qualities.

With a view over Oresund, the yacht harbour and Helgoland public bathing facilities as neighbours, as well as easy access to the recreational areas near the new Strandpark, the construction has built-in advantages that are hardly found anywhere else in the Copenhagen City area. The buildings will be constructed in yellow, lightly coated brick. The windows, balcony and terrace doors will be made of mahogany which together with zinc flashing will send a warm, maritime signal.
