25000 square metre office and retail complex next to Flintholm Station, Frederiksberg

The design proposal emphasises the importance of flow through the complex, a high degree of openness, integration between the Business Center and existing activities in the town, and respect for and interaction with the buildings already in place.

A covered shopping arcade lit by skylights and high ceilings will take a varied route through the complex linking Dirch Passers Allé with Flintholm Station. The upper section of the complex will provide business premises of different sizes, grouped around green atria. The overall layout of the complex with its prominent green atria overlooking the Metro will also ensure that the complex looks inviting to passing train passengers.

The Flintholm Business Center is to be constructed to the EU Green Building standard, and will thus meet today’s demands for sustainability.
