RINGGÅRDEN, LYSTRUP

The development is conceived as small communities which are connected together by a developed, flat surface which acts as a base for the buildings. The large, landscaped surface constitutes in each housing group a part of the space between buildings and thereby connects the housing groups’ shared outdoor space with the large landscape.

The three housing groups are developed based on a series of common principles for building expression and plan organization. Each of the housing groups is given variation and an individual architecture through a specific development of the individual sustainability principles which apply for each area, as well as variation of materials.
