KLØVERMARKEN, BALLERUP

Kløvermarken consists of 19 public housing units, three-fourths of which are jointly-owned. The building project is designed as a cluster settlement consisting of simple, short, one-storey terrace houses. The buildings are situated around an inner enclosed lawn forming a clear delimitation to the surrounding common greens. Using a few, simple archetypes, the various housing units have been varied and adapted to the individual needs and wishes of the residents. This processing of the units was implemented through a methodical series of dialogue meetings with house-share residents in parallel with the planning of the building project.
