HELGOLAND STRANDPARK

The buildings are constructed as a multi-storey building with 4 floors facing Øresundsvej and 4 floors facing the Metro. The other buildings are constructed as 3 storey buildings, either as slab blocks or point blocks on a grass plane within the green landscape wedge. The green areas between the buildings are connected together by a system of footpaths.
The ground floor of the buildings is raised approximately 1 metre over the terrain so that pedestrians do not have a direct view into the houses. The terrain is raised on the garden side and is incorporated as part of the of the ground floor external space of that individual dwelling.
