KLOSTERBAKKEN II,

The proposal for this housing estate is an extension of the VLA design for dwellings on the adjacent site.

Similarly it has 100 apartments arranged in three buildings arranged in a fan. This arrangement retains a link between Klosterbakken and the green areas beside the River Odense. The open nature of the estate allows you to move on foot along the blocks to and from the conservation areas by the river.

The buildings are in dark red brick; the apartments have balconies of various sizes and views of the green areas and the river. Ground-floor apartments enjoy south-facing patios or gardens.

Under the building there is a car park with approx 120 spaces.
