The development is located in the very center of Odense, close to the historic medieval center. The site is adjacent to the green stream and has direct access to green areas. The property’s history can be traced back to approximately 1874, when Munke Møller’s Clothing Factory was established. At that time the address was Philosopher’s Walk, and the site was situated like an island in Odense Stream which Philosopher’s Walk ran along.
