ROSENHAVEN – BALLERUP

The project includes the transformation of 38 existing out-of-date care units into a fewer number of up-to-date units, including special housing units for persons with Alzheimer’s Disease. In addition, a first floor will be added onto the building, bringing the total number of housing units up to 58. The kitchen is to be rebuilt and enlarged and an activity centre is to be set up. After the rebuilding and extension, Rosenhaven is expected to have a gross floor area of 5–6000 m².
