Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects wins an invited general contract competition for a center and senior housing in Næstved, approx. 85 kilometres from the centre of Copenhagen.
The winning proposal is a modern center and senior housing based on a clear and experientially rich environment for the frail residents, their relatives and the personnel. The architecture is intended to enhance the residents' quality of life.
The project consists of 9000 m² and the team members are VLA, the contractor Hansen & Andersen A/S, consulting engineers Søren B. Nielsen A/S and GHB Landscape Architects a/s.
