3 MAIN PHASES

The project progress can typically be split into three main phases where the first phase defines the objectives of the project; the second phase turns the objectives into an actual priced project, which in the third phase forms the basis for implementation.

VLA offers expertise in all three phases but is also particularly aware of transverse activities for example, environment and quality management as well as gathering and utilisation of gained knowledge and learning during the progress of the project, from vision and objective to architecture and finished construction, which creates identity and meaning.
